Meet Christina Hadley
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, APRN, PMHNP - BC
Christina Hadley is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2019. Her healthcare career began as a Health Educator, where she assisted individuals in managing chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. She then transitioned into nursing, gaining experience in critical care before advancing to circulatory and behavioral nursing. Since 2011, Christina has been dedicated to various roles in mental health. She expanded her expertise by earning her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification in 2013 and later pursued post-master's studies at UNMC in 2019. Christina has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
In my spare time, I enjoy the creative arts, including dance, crafting, and live music. I am always open to travel and new experiences, embracing opportunities for growth and adventure. My core values—authenticity, harmony, and freedom—guide both my personal and professional life. I am committed to working collaboratively with you to navigate and overcome your mental health challenges.
Isabella Marie Antoinette
Hello! My name is Isabella Marie Antoinette, and I absolutely LOVE people! Even though I'm soon to be 11 years old, I still have plenty of puppy energy. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can find me at the clinic, where I offer mood-boosting services completely free of charge! I have lots of kisses to share. But don't worry—if you are not a fan of dogs, I'll give you your space.
Just like a boxer train hard to build strength, agility, and strategy, we also need to develop resilience, coping skills, and a strong mindset to face our challenges.
In the ring, it's all about being prepared for the punches life throws at us. We need to have a game plan, practice self-care, and know when to take a break and recover.
